Paula Blankenship, CEO & Founder of Heirloom Traditions Paint

Heirloom Traditions Paint was founded in 2013 in Paula Blankenship’s kitchen, when Paula was an interior designer working on large-scale commercial design projects. Prior to doing commercial design work, Paula had owned and operated retail furniture stores with her sister Sherry in her small hometown in Tennessee. There she developed a love for home interiors, DIY, and a passion for furniture and design.

Paula took her desire to revamp her unloved pieces of furniture around her home to task and developed her own paint formula that would later become Heirloom Traditions Paint. Since then, Heirloom Traditions Paint has become a leader in developing products that give even novice painters beautiful results.

Their products are designed with the painter in mind, simplifying the paint selection process. They combined multiple steps into one product which takes the guesswork out of choosing the right paint. They teach you techniques and provide you with the proper tools so you can have a successful project.

As CEO, Paula and husband Craig Cameron, President of Heirloom Traditions Paint, work closely with their team of chemists to bring you innovative paint products that will keep your home looking its very best.

Paula was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for 2024.
