Dayron Rodriguez came to the US as a political refugee from Cuba in 2010, speaking no English and with very little money. He started working in a factory on a cleaning crew and within two years was starting his own cleaning company out of his mother’s garage. Dayron started his business with a $2500 loan from his father and two maxed out credit cards. Fast-forward 10 years and Rodriguez Cleaning Services operates out of a 5000 square foot warehouse with 12 employees.
Dayron’s approach to building his business has been to develop technical skills, business skills, and people skills. He has focused on developing repeatable systems and technical expertise, which is why they are IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) certified.
Rodriguez Cleaning Services cleans Carpets, Rugs, Tile & Grout, Upholstery, Wood Flooring, and Air Ducts. They also remove pet and cigarette odors and perform water removal services for wet basements.
